I don't think they like the cold though and they're so small the wind might blow them away if free ranging.

I dont think we'd free range such a small bird, more a decent sized pen with a bad weather covered in scratching area.

I have now 2 walking around at my sisters farm totally free.
They have just been accepted by the rest of the chicken.

Gorgeous . Their little heads look exactly like sebrights don't you think? Will be interesting to see what they look like in a few months time. Was this an experiment?

I have a trio of gold ones, what i want to know is what are the true traits for this bantam? ie: comb shape, lacing etc.

I think the Cockeral has a very true walnut comb for the breed? What do you think? The downsides to my cockeral is that it could have more lacing on the tail feathers.
