I have two Daisybelle hens about six months old, but one of them has no wattle with no sign of one growing; the other one has. Any ideas please?

Either one is lagging behind the other in development or they#ve been bred from different foundation stock..............or you have a very rare cockerel that has'nt started to crow yet 8-[

Not a hybrid with which I am familiar, but some hens have tiny wattles anyway, ditto combs.
Guinea fowl & a lot of surplus poultry equipment.
